Social media management for businesses whose buyers check before they buy
Outside LinkedIn, social media is rarely where a B2B enquiry comes from.
It is where a prospect goes to find out whether you are real. Lets Elevate manages those channels as what they are - trust infrastructure - with original content written per platform, genuine engagement, and profiles that hold up when somebody looks.

What we are not going to tell you
We are not going to tell you Instagram will fill your pipeline. In almost every B2B market it will not, and an agency promising otherwise is selling you activity.
What a dormant channel will do is quietly undo work you have already paid for. A prospect receives a recommendation, or takes your call, and checks.
They find a Facebook page with three posts from 2023, an Instagram with a stock image and no replies, and an X account with a half-finished bio. Nothing about that is fatal on its own.
Cumulatively it says: small, drifting, possibly gone. That impression costs you meetings you will never hear about.
Which channels, and why
We will recommend fewer channels than you expect. Three worked properly beats six neglected, every time, and the right three depend on your market rather than on a checklist.
Facebook, because it is still the first place a certain kind of buyer checks and the page is a credibility asset whether or not it is a sales channel.
Instagram, where there is anything to show - work, people, sites, product. YouTube, where the buying decision involves watching something being explained.
X, only where your industry's conversation genuinely happens there. And any sector-specific platform or forum where your buyers already gather, which is often worth more than all of the above.
How we run them
-
Original content written for each platform, not one post cross-posted five ways
-
Posting frequency set per channel to what that channel rewards, rather than a single blanket calendar
-
Real replies to real comments and messages, by a person, within hours rather than days
-
Active engagement with target accounts and industry conversations, which is where reach is actually earned
-
Profile completeness and consistency - identical business name, address, phone and descriptor everywhere, which does search work as well as marketing work
-
Monthly reporting on reach, engagement, follower quality and any enquiries that did arrive
Why the consistency matters more than the content
Every one of these profiles is a source a search engine and an AI system reads when deciding whether it knows who you are.
Three different versions of your address across four profiles is not a tidiness problem.
It is the reason a system cannot confirm you are one company, and a business that cannot be confirmed does not get recommended in an answer.
Getting that right across every channel is unglamorous, it takes an afternoon, and it is worth more than a month of posting.
FAQ
Questions
Will social media generate leads for our B2B business?
Outside LinkedIn, rarely and slowly. Its job is credibility and recognition, and we report it honestly on that basis rather than claiming enquiries it did not produce.
How many channels should we be on?
Fewer than you think. Three run properly beats six neglected, and we will recommend the three that suit your market.
Do you use scheduling tools?
No. Content is posted and engagement is handled by a person, because replies and conversations are where the value is.
Who writes the content?
We do, for your approval, written separately for each platform rather than cross-posted.

Look at your own channels the way a prospect will, ten minutes after a good phone call.
If what they find would not survive that, this is worth an hour of conversation.
