This notice explains what personal information Lets Elevate Ltd collects when you use this website, contact us, book a call or are contacted by us, what we do with it, the lawful basis we rely on, how long we keep it and the rights you have.

Who we are

Lets Elevate Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described in this notice, except where we say otherwise below.

What we collect and why

When you send us an enquiry

The form on our contact page asks for your name, your company, your work email address, optionally your phone number, the service you are interested in and anything you want to tell us before we talk. We use it to reply to you, to understand what you need and to keep a record of the conversation.

Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running our business, and, where you are asking about working with us, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

When you book a call

Where the booking calendar is available, booking a call collects your name, email address, the time you chose and any answers you give in the booking form. We use it to hold the call and prepare for it.

Lawful basis: the same as for enquiries.

When you phone or email us

We keep the number or address you contacted us from, what you told us and our notes of the conversation.

Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to you and running our business.

When you become a client

We keep the contact details of the people we work with at your organisation, our correspondence, and the records needed to deliver the work, invoice for it and meet our legal obligations.

Lawful basis: performance of our contract with your organisation, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in managing the relationship.

When you visit the website

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used: pages visited, how you arrived, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. With your consent, we use the Meta pixel to measure visits from Meta advertising and to show relevant advertising to people who have visited the site. Neither is switched on unless you choose to allow it, and you can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the foot of every page.

We also use security services that screen traffic to the website and the enquiry form for abuse and spam. These process your IP address and technical information about your browser.

Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website and form secure.

The ROI calculator on the homepage runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter into it is stored, sent to us or recorded in analytics.

If we have contacted you as part of a campaign

Lets Elevate runs outbound email and telephone campaigns to businesses.

When we run a campaign on behalf of a client, the client decides who is contacted and why. The client is the controller of that information, and we process it on their instructions. The first message you receive tells you which business we are contacting you on behalf of, and you can ask either of us to stop.

When we contact businesses about our own services, Lets Elevate Ltd is the controller. We use business contact information: your name, job title, employer, work email address, work phone number and professional profile. It comes from business data providers, company websites, professional networks and other public sources. We use it to contact you about services relevant to your role.

Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in marketing our services to other businesses. We screen telephone numbers against the Corporate Telephone Preference Service.

You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message, telling the caller, or emailing legal@letselevate.co.uk. Once you do, we add you to a suppression list so you are not contacted again, and we keep only what we need to honour that.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only for the purposes above:

• Our website development and hosting partner, which operates this website and forwards form enquiries to us
• Cloudflare, which hosts and secures the website and screens the enquiry form for spam
• Microsoft, which provides our email and business software
• Google, which provides website analytics, only where you have consented
• Meta, which provides advertising measurement, only where you have consented
• Calendly, which provides the booking calendar, when you book a call
• The business data providers and campaign tools we use to run outbound campaigns

We may also share information where the law requires it, or with professional advisers such as our accountants and lawyers.

International transfers

Some of these providers process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by a safeguard recognised under UK data protection law. That means an adequacy regulation such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or the International Data Transfer Addendum to standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and booked calls that do not lead to work together: 24 months from our last contact
• Client records: six years after the end of the engagement, for legal and accounting purposes
• Campaign contact data held for our own outreach: until you ask us to stop, or 24 months after it was last used, whichever comes first
• Suppression records: for as long as needed to make sure you are not contacted again
• Analytics data: 14 months

Your rights

You have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct it;
• ask us to delete it;
• ask us to restrict how we use it;
• object to how we use it, including an absolute right to object to direct marketing;
• ask for information you gave us to be transferred to you or someone else;
• withdraw your consent at any time where we rely on it, without affecting what we did before.

We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please tell us first at legal@letselevate.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and tell you what we are doing about it.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK data protection regulator: ico.org.uk, or 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when the way we use personal information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
