Lets Elevate Ltd wants everyone who visits this website to be able to use it. This statement explains the standard we build to, what we have done to meet it, and how to tell us if something does not work for you.

The standard we work to

This website is designed and built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we have done

• Text and interface colours meet or exceed the WCAG AA contrast requirements
• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline on every link, button and form field
• A skip link at the top of every page goes straight to the main content
• Pages use a single main heading and a logical heading order, so screen readers can navigate by heading
• Every meaningful image has a text description; decorative images are hidden from screen readers
• Form fields and calculator inputs have visible labels that are also announced by screen readers
• Meaning is never carried by colour alone: the Five Rungs markers carry a number as well as a colour
• Content is readable without JavaScript, and the pages work when zoomed to 200% and on screens down to 320 pixels wide

Known limitations

We are not aware of any part of this website that fails to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If you find one, please tell us, and we will list it here with the date we expect to fix it.

The booking calendar on our contact page is provided by a third party. If you have difficulty using it, you can send an enquiry through the form or call us instead.

How we test

This website was checked against WCAG 2.1 AA before launch, using automated testing and manual checks with a keyboard and a screen reader. We review it again whenever we make significant changes, and at least once a year.
